Dr. Karma Denmark

Naturopathic Physician (N.D.)

Dr. Karma Denmark practices naturopathic primary care at Sachi Wellness Center. She appreciates individualized care and enjoys unraveling complicated health issues while choosing from a variety of treatments in her tool box.

She performs annual exams, formulates individualized and advanced IV therapies for chronic health conditions and assists in finding some baseline sanity in busy family lives. She uses craniosacral therapy, comprehensive lab testing, and an active listening role in each person's case, working toward healing and optimal health. Dr. Denmark acknowledges many of us tend to have overloaded plates with responsibilities spanning family, work and social groups. This often makes it difficult to fit in self-care, causing all kinds of long-term health issues.

Health problems may present as worsening menstrual symptoms,  early or prolonged menopausal symptoms, persistent fatigue, thyroid problems, heart disease, autoimmune conditions, stubborn weight gain or digestive disorders like IBS, GERD, or chronic gas and bloating. Dr. Denmark enjoys seeing the "light" go on as her patients see health from a different perspective and start to feel better than they ever thought they could. There are many paths to feeling better and Dr. Denmark is honored to support yours.

Dr. Karma Denmark earned her naturopathic doctorate from Bastyr University in 2005. Having grown up with many family members working in the conventional medical field, she respects both approaches in medicine. She finds that this experience helps bridge differences and assists in collaboration of care for her patients. Having also grown up in a family that values nutrition, whole foods cooking, nutrition, exercise and the outdoors, she was thrilled to find that practicing naturopathic medicine is often aligned with her roots. Dr. Denmark spends her free time playing and gardening outdoors with her two small children and husband. She is passionate about travel, finding peace in nature, making the best tea latte and always strives to make more time for yoga and dance in her life.
