SACHI WELLNESS CENTER

For supplement pick-up, you will need to call the office ahead of time and schedule a "pick-up" time 503-607-0018.

Dear Patients and Clients,

Sachi Wellness Center continues to be open following Covid-19 guidelines.

Our smiling faces will still be covered by masks at this time.

As the indoor mask mandate is being lifted for some areas, OHA is still requiring mask wearing in licensed health care facilities and health care offices. We still ask that all patients and clients, including those who are fully vaccinated, continue to wear a mask when entering and exiting Sachi Wellness Center, as well as during their treatment. We will continue to update our procedures in accordance with CDC and OHA guidelines.

Dr. Chihiro Aber is seeing established and new patients M, T, W and F, in person and via telehealth.

Dr. Karma Denmark is seeing established and new patients M, T and F, in person and via telehealth.

Dr. Nancy Bryant is scheduling in person testing please contact her to schedule your appointments. 503-655-3505

Ali Ogle, LMT is now taking massage appointments Monday through Thursday.

Chelsea Campbell, LMT is now taking massage appointments Monday through Thursday.

Karmen Lawson is taking appointments for future dates. 971-219-3554

Our focus is to provide the best care possible to our patients and clients while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

If you do not feel safe leaving your home, we ask that you wait to schedule an in-person appointment. We will continue to offer tele-medicine appointments for the foreseeable future!

We are following the Oregon Health Authority guidelines by:

  1. Decreasing caseload volume to maximize social distancing.

  2. We encourage patients to wait to schedule their in-person appointment if they are in high-risk groups “such as those over age 60 and those with compromised immune systems or lung and heart function”.

  3. Following CDC guidance and changing operations and procedures to minimize risk to patients, health care workers and others.

To ensure safety we are implementing the following protocols (subject to change based on new guidelines):

  • We are disinfecting frequently touched surfaces between patient appointments.

  • Emphasized handwashing for all staff before and after patient appointments.

  • Encouraging any person at Sachi who does not feel well to stay home to prevent the spread of any illness.

In preparation of your appointment:

  • If any symptoms.

    • Patients are asked not to schedule an appointment and to contact their primary care provider through telephone if they have had any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, body aches, runny nose, nasal congestion, sore throat, or difficulty breathing.

    • Patients are asked to wait to schedule their appointment if in the last 14 days they have been in close contact with a person who is suspected to have COVID-19 while that person was ill or been in close contact with a person who has a confirmed case of COVID-19.

  • We are requesting that all patients coming into the clinic wear a face mask. This could be a bandana or a scarf.  The purpose of the mask is to prevent droplet exchange from anyone you are close to, as well as to remind you to not touch your face.

  • Patients will enter through the front door and will be directed to their treatment room.

Please call if you have any questions or need help finding an appointment time.
