TWIN HEARTS MEDITATION
The use of Pranic Healing techniques greatly promotes physical and mental health.
Give yourself the gift of slowing down and centering within while listening to your body.This class promotes balance to your mind, body, and spirit through the conscious expression of movement infused with healing energy. Basic Hatha Yoga is practiced while using stress clearing techniques leaving you deeply relaxed and restored.
This class combines the warmth of a flow with the ease of Hatha to move into poses properly. Sun salutations are used to link poses into a flow pattern, but gives time for use of modifications and props. Suitable for all levels.
Join us after your long day to refresh and stretch your tired body through basic yoga postures. Emphasis on breath, balance, strength and tension release. Props are provided, helping students practice comfortably. Slower paced and great for beginners and intermediate students.

Each week will highlight a focus on specific concepts of strength, movement, balance and awareness with unique perspectives from your instructor.
VINYASA YOGA and POWER YOGA
Both power and vinyasa yoga classes are based on the vinyasa style. Power class is a gentle step higher in difficulty- holding poses longer.
Using yoga techniques this class brings energy, strength, and stretching to a new level. Set in a “warm, not hot” room, this class is aerobics paced. Call out your inner warrior and shine on!!
CARDIO CIRCUIT and HIIT (high interval training)
Build strength and endurance with alternating periods of high-intensity exercise with low intensity recovery periods. Increase fitness and burn more claories in a shorter period of time with steady state cardio. Different names, different teachers- same format.
Weights, cardio, and repetition used to sculpt muscles to a fine tuned machine.
