What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique for enhancing the body's energy through gentle touch. Reiki draws on universal life energy to benefit people of any age and in any state of health. It supports a healthy balance of your mind body and emotions.

What happens in a Reiki session?
Come to a session with loose comfortable clothing. You can receive the session lying on a massage table, in a chair, in a hospital bed, through a cast or bandages, and in any state of health. The practitioner will follow a series of hand positions on your head, chest, stomach and back. The Reiki teachings say that the energy will flow through the practitioner, but not from the practitioner to you. You will receive the amount of energy you need to bring your mind and body into balance. Each person experiences Reiki differently. Some experience deep relaxation, others perceive a tingling or pulsing sensation, some feel warmth and comfort, some may even fall asleep. Reiki can help heighten your sense of well being, release muscle tension, help restore your immune function and improve circulation, enhancing heating throughout your body.

A place to renew, relax, and rejuvenate!

 The Zensations experience begins with a foot bath and ends with acupressure massage.  Choose to relax alone or bring a friend. We offer a variety of treatments designed to rejuvenate and restore balance.

Mud Pack         (detoxify and regenerate well-being)                                       45 mins  $50

Soak in a solution of organic European Moor Mud extract. We then apply a mud mask to your feet and lower legs which is removed by warm towels. Finish the experience with a foot and leg massage.

Soak in peppermint water followed by an invigorating peppermint/rosemary salt scrub.  Rejuvenate with a foot and leg massage.
