Most of us have heard about Hatha Yoga and Meditation but most of us don't know is it is one of the oldest paths to transformation. This study group is open to anyone interested in learning more about the teachings of yoga as a path to liberation and samadhi. Topics will include: Karma, the Eight Limbs of Yoga, Reincarnation, the Gunas, the Chakras, the Sutras etc... Bring your questions and your experiences and we will learn together!
