Dr. Chihiro Aber - Naturopathic Physician (N.D.) ,
Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.)
Dr. Chihiro Aber graduated from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, in Portland, Oregon. She received her undergraduate degree from San Diego State University in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine.
She was a Physical Therapy Aide and Massage Therapist for over 10 years and worked at the Physical Therapy Institute of Poway in California and the Campbell County Memorial Hospital in Gillette, Wyoming.
Over the course of her training and clinical experience, Chihiro Aber has successfully aided in the treatment of a wide spectrum of health conditions and physical ailments.
Her clinical training is centered on acute and chronic pain, sports injury, geriatrics, digestive disorders, complementary cancer treatments and facial rejuvenation. <<top>>
Dr. Deedra Mason - Naturopathic Physician (N.D.)
Dr. Mason received the degree of Doctor in Naturopathic Medicine from National College of Naturopathic Medicine. She joined a thriving family practice in Northeast Portland and enjoyed a successful practice as a Family Doctor, gaining experience in the care, diagnosis and treatment of children and adults of all ages before moving her practice to West Linn.
For many years, Dr. Mason's education has focused on patient care and wellness working in physical therapy and assisted living care facilities, hospice care and chiropractic medicine. Her interest in Alternative Medicine grew after moving to Portland and seeing through hydrotherapy and diet the body's inherent ability to heal itself, and the effectiveness of the many options that Natural Medicine has to offer.
Dr. Mason joined Sachi Wellness Center in the fall of 2005. In her practice as a Naturopathic Physician (N.D.), she integrates her knowledge and experience from over 15 years of patient care, to successfully treat her patients
As both a Naturopathic Physician and primary care physician, Dr. Mason provides comprehensive medical care for the whole family. She works with many other health professionals in situations in which referral to specialists is necessary. A wide variety of medications can be prescribed for different conditions, if necessary.
Dr. Mason is also adjunct faculty member for Mount Hood Community College, where she teaches in the Allied Health Department for Medical assistant and services students. Dr. Mason in addition is presently a mentor in the NCNM Preceptor program for student interns in their final years of study. <<top>>
Dr. Mary Coleman, Chiropractic Physician (D.C.)
Dr. Coleman received her Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University- Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2000. Upon completion, she moved to Oregon to start her practice and enjoy the great outdoors. She has a special interest in sports related injuries and participates every summer in treating the athletes of the Ford Gorge Games in Hood River. Her approach to patient care spans all aspects of rehab including overall strength and function.
Specializing in chiropractic care for families, Dr. Coleman provides treatment for a variety of conditions including headaches, neck and back pain, fibromyalgia, TMJ, auto and work realted injuries, sports injuries, and well care for children.
Dr.Coleman is available for group or individual presentations at your school, business, or special gathering to teach about spinal health, sports related topics, womens health issues, prevention and wellness, etc. <<top>>
Lydia Byhardt Bollinger, LCSW

Lydia completed her Master's in Social Work focusing on working with children and families. She earned certificates in both Marriage and Family Therapy and Trauma Counseling, and has continued her education studying child development, parenting skills, and interpersonal neurobiology. She became a licnsed clinical social worker in 2003. Lydia has worked with parents and children ages 3-17 in schools, outpatient settings, and day treatment programs. Lydia believes strongly in supporting chilren to understand transition, using their cimmunication style of fewer words and more art, puppets, and role play.
Lydia's business is called "Remember the Joy" because her goal is to support families to remember the joy that brought them to become a family in the first place, despite the difficulties they may be having now.
Lydia is fluent in Spanish, and has been teaching classes and stress management seminars (Transformations: from Stres to Wellness) for over 4 years. She delivers staff trainings for private and governmental agencies on working with at-risk families. Lydia also teaches Music Together- an internationally recognized early childhood music program for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers (www.willametterivermusictogether.com).
