Co- founder of Sachi Wellness Center, Sarah has been practicing massage therapy since 1995 after earning her degree fromEast West College of Healing Arts.  She also has an associates degree from Clackamas Community College in Arts and Letters, and is accredited in fitness education through the American Counceil on Exercise. Her massage techniques include Swedish, deept tissue, Medical massage, hot stone, pre-natal, Thai massage, and Sports.

The intent of KMI is to affect the person's whole structure and space, and their ability to move within their given structure with respect to gravity.This program, developed by Tom Myers, is based on the principles introduced by Ida Rolf combined with Tom's unique and fascinating perspective of anatomy and his 30 years of work in the field.

      Committed to nuturing spirit and healing energy through massage and bodywork, Mary Beth has 3 years experience with therapeutic touch.  Her techniques include relaxtion, deep t issue, medical, Hawaiian Lomilomi, prenatal and postpartum, reflexology, muscular stretching and lengthening , along with concentrated relaxation exercises.

Frank's goal is to make each massage session a custom experience according to each client's specific needs at the time of the massage. He emphasizes that the best massage is a resut of co-operative efforts between the therapist and the recipeint. His techniques include Swedish, deept tissue, Thai, hot stone, and chair massage.

Steve has been studying Yoga for 13 years and teaching for 5.  He has studied in the Ashtanga syle of yoga, has earned a Master of Arts Degree in Teaching, a Bachelor's in Communication, and is Certified through Marylhurst University in Conflict Resolution and Meditation.  Steve's teaching focuses on breathing, concentration, endurance, strength, balance and relaxation.  The intention is to bring Yoga into daily living. His classes are designed for Beginning and Intermediate students.
